will go out on our tandem with SWMBO tomorrow. After today I doubt I kayak fish on the Skimmer 128 until next May. Snagged a peanut and livelined it, drifting for over a mile in backbay. Not a single nip on it. Water temperature probably mid 60s, current not strong, but high tide still a bit higher than normal. Some weed, the lettuce type stuff mainly, little wind, still swimsuit and wifebeater weather, and just a beautiful day for a paddle, hence our planned paddle together tomorrow. Any further fishing I do through November will be throwing lures off my town's ocean beach.
