I wish there were places for non residents to launch on the North Shore like there was a gazillion places on the South Shore for The North Shore residents to launch. Nassau County has to step up and build ramps in all the North Shore Harbors . The State Ramp at Oyster Bay was poorly designed. Would be a nice option to go there and fish when it's windy/rough on the South Shore.

Garveys point in Glen cove allowed non-residents to launch but I'm talking almost 30 yrs ago. Still worth investigating because it's not far from alot of good spots.

Nice report!
