Thick fog prevented us from fishing the ocean this morning. We stayed in Shark River NJ , constant action on short fluke for 3 hrs. We did get 3 keepers up to my 22"er that put a smile on my face and a bend in my previously unused river rod, fun skinny water trip

Those keepers must have made up for it. Fishing in the river sounds like a good alternative when the ocean's not playing nice.
