Sadly it's that time of year.

While entering my harbor yesterday after a rec trip with a friend we saw a 23' Parker, obviously overloaded with about a dozen passengers and one guy in the stern guzzling a jug of wine. Another accident waiting to happen. Sure glad I was heading in!!!
