I just can't figure out how someone can get 30 summonses and not have your boat impounded.

Also would be a deterrent to post the picture of the fishermen and their boat in every fishing forum!

I read somewhere that state laws do not empower them to even confiscate the fishing rods let alone impound the boat. But let us keep givng out gift cards and free housing to the illegals !
