Very good fluking at the end of the trip.

Went out early 6/25 Tuesday, got out there about 7:30 AM, last 3 hours of incoming 10-15 NW winds, not much weed. Tried bucktailing around Fundy Bridge , no action. Went to the East side of the Meadowbrook and drifted in a SE direction across the channel, no action. Went out and tried drifting off the Construction Dock , no action there, went over to the West Jetty and drifted a few times there, no action. Because the wind was pushing me into shore, I positioned the boat inside the inlet , in the channel and I drifted from Point Lookout to about 1/2 way to the Meadowbrook Bridge , no action here. Then I tried at the Loop Bridge when the tide was just starting to go out and for the next 2 hours or so I had excellent fluking, but all shorts, and a mess of small dogfish and 1 sea robin. High low teaser rig squid and smelt. Just 1 fish on the teaser bucktail. Nice way to end the trip. Nice and pleasant out there with the breeze, not too many boats.
