Why are commercial pinhookers allowed to keep 14"fish and recreational keep getting screwed!

And its been 14" since as long as I can remember.

100lbs/day.....never have to leave the bay and you keep all the fish the other guys have to throw back!

its very simple rules are made so recs season stays open longer .all rules are mad for recs to catch and release thats the problem with the way are fish are managed catch and release leads to wasting the fish

The current model for management will never produce the kind of results needed unless a coastwide plan is enacted regardless of state and federal boundaries.

There is also a disconnect between the numbers scientists use vs. actual. Don't tell me shore based anglers in Maryland are catching more sea bass than CB/PBs!!

Yea, especially since it's April 20th, Blackfish, Flounder and Striped Bass are open in NY and there's 'No' saltwater reports at all this Spring? Come on guys!
