Today I went fishing on The bridge near citifield I did see several striped bass but they were very lethargic. I didn't catch anything. What Could I use for winter bass to get them feeding. I used a tiny crocodile today

You may have to back down on the weight a bit depending on tide, current, depth, temperature of water etc. I do have smaller baits, but these usually put some fish up. Just keep bait moving slow, not a jerky motion. As slow as you can, gliding along the bottom.

I went striped bass fishing yesterday. Water is still very cold didn't catch anything did see a few swirls. Went to flushing bay. Heard as a bycatch there are eels white perch and shad in there. Going to by shrimp and worms and try that.
