Money talks. Unfortunately its taxpayers' money and not the "nouveau rich" with their tax avoidance schemes. The recently forecasted "La Nina" later this coming summer will wash it all away.

It's called: do you want a strong IRS that can dig into clever schemes or a weak IRS that only has the manpower to go after low hanging fruit?

If you can afford to spend a million on a trailer in Ditch Plains, you don't worry about taxes!
