My brother in law had a 200 Honda on a Robalo R222 years ago. Seven years, tons of hours, and only remember him changing oil, filters, etc. Never any issues, and turned over on the first key turn.

Honda makes some nice stuff for sure. But a Merc V-10, with more displacement and 70lbs less weight sounds pretty good to me.

I see a lot of Honda’s on government & municipal vessels. I am ASS-uming they are meeting some tough contract requirements.

Never been much of an outboard type of guy but now being the owner of twin 300 Yamaha’s I am gonna have to be……. maybe……… We will see.
