Beef Jerky

Never tried making homemade jerky.

Been a while since I made it not the cut of meat I wanted had to settle for a london broil sliced it up and not it sits in the marinade Tomorrow it goes in the smoker

Got a nice kick to it would of liked a bit more sweet in it over all not too bad
