Fluke 5/10

Headed out with Capt Bob on Sea Rouge Charters out of Freeport, on an open boat charter. At first we tried for bass at one of the bridges and all we managed to pull up was one blackfish (safely returned) and a cocktail blue. After that we headed for some fluke. Had to cover a lot of area. But between 3 of us we were able to box 9 keepers. Here is a screenshot of the fish.

That’s encouraging, nice work Snap.

Well done, Matt! Bob does know his stuff and the back bays are where it's at for Fluke right now.
Reports from my area on the Fluke front are still slow but every once in a while, one guy gets rewarded with a few keepers. We probably still need another 7-10 days for any kind of reasonable Fluke action out east.
