Almost forgot that this is a fishing site!
Early season bass trolling has been pretty good in the western sound.
One day close to shore. The next pretty deep.
I'm marking much more than I'm catching, but overall, a pretty good spring so far and all those marks are a good sign for the fishery. Trolling mojos is not my favorite method, and I hope to switch to bait soon.

Reports have been really good on both shores of Nassau County. I’m like you and not a fan of trolling. But I will be this year off of my sons Jetski ???

Sadly ain't that the truth?? That's OK, keyboard "Well Known Anglers" will tell you all about What's Going On In The World, What's on Netflix, What's In The Player (like anyone actually uses players anymore), along with a multitude of other topics that you never knew you could live without, at least in their opinion...

Sadly, way too few will actually be talking about fishing, but one can hope that the volume of fishing related posts will increase as the weather, and fishing improves!!
