Well, St Johns University just lost all credibility as a catholic school with morals by hiring Rick Pitino, a man with NO morals who amongst other things got busted for being involved in a prostitutes. What a shame.

Pitino is no Saint but the thought of continued irrelevance was too much for the administration and alumni.

My point is Rick Pitino has serious baggage and a Catholic University hiring him is a slap in the face to the principles of religion and the 10 commandments and such ?‍♂️

Big East basketball is going to be fun next year with St. John's set to improve and Ed Cooley in Georgetown to turn things around there 👍

That sure was a fun afternoon at MSG yesterday for myself and the rest of the UConn fans that took over “Storrs South”
Hopefully it will be even more fun over the next couple of years as St Johns continues to improve towards relevance

UCONN basically snuck by an undermanned team. Jenkins is the only quality player SJU has.

Thats the team Pitino put together.
On a Saturday afternoon at MSG they should be able to get up and get excited for a shot to knock off the #1 team regardless of talent pool
They gave it their best for as long as they could but when it came down to crunch time UConn pulled away

Hopefully St Johns can put a run together to turn things around and get a tournament invite. The more Big East teams the better
