Funny. You are obviously too young to remember when we had some semblance of freedom in newyorkistan. Similarly it did begin with an “M” and end in an “A”.

There was a rifle team at Wantagh High School as well.

Matzahpizza, East Meadow and a Valley Stream school were the top dogs in the late 60s.

and although they stunk, and unbelievable as it now seems, there were teams at Freeport and Baldwin High Schools too.
(and no, they did not hold the rifles sideways, they just couldn't shoot straight.)

Should be financial loss for any negligence if any

part of the definition of involuntary manslaughter is "acting without caution." But even if convicted of this low level felony he'll probably get community service, perhaps driving the bus for the migrants to register to vote (?)
And I definitely agree with a civil suit that could cost him millions, still small potatoes ...

His father was our rifle coach, usmc trained post-war. But not a gun guy. A demoncrap. Football scholarship to Syracuse and coached that at hs level too
