White perch and herring

I'll share.............
I went twice for yellows or anything else that would bite and got the skunk. Only put about 3 hours total. Where I fished just looked dead. Nothing in the shallows, nothing moving.
Yet my buddy went out and had perch, trout, bass etc. After our discussion, I fished twice in the midday period, he fished at dusk. When the trees blocked the sun, that body of water came alive.
May try tomorrow at the ponds or brackish for the whites, just have a few things around the house to get done.
There is probably a bite at a few locations further east, just parking since COVID has become an issue------people in those big houses year round. 🙂
