And the final product is a very nice slow pitch rod. I dunno this Korean rod manufacturer. I do know that Black Hole is actually owned by a Korean company called "NS." The firm in this vid is "JS." No matter, they make some pretty darn nice rods!

Very cool. I didn't get how they finished wrapping of the guides. She just wrapped the guide and cut the thread. I usually wrap in a loop in and pull the tag end through with the loop.

Good question. It looks to me like she flamed the wrap, which maybe sealing the thread end?

I saw that. Perhaps the thread has a hot glue. Once glued, a coat of epoxy finish holds everything in place. Very interesting.
