Chops save the day

Headed out to troll for bass, got to where we wanted and boy was it crowded so got the lines and joined the boats going back and forth didn’t see much going on a few fish here and there we had a few but they got small in size so they all were sent back to grow up, moved to the fluke grounds and not much going on sea robins were busy chewing on you before the fluke even had a chance had some shorts but no keepers so moved on for some sea bass, only small ones as 16” is a big sea bass a friend asked me if I got any porgies he would like them for the smoker well they were plentiful keeping only the bigger ones for him, started get real hot out there so was time to pack it in, stay well all till next time
