I was wondering if anyone picked any keeper fluke in the Lloyd Point to Crab Meadow area in the past few days. A few shorts for me today with one possible keeper dropped at the boat fishing the triangle. It was pea soup early but finally cleared. Not one bird. The local party boat, JJ, has already switched to porgies it seems. I made the long run, for me, to Sunken Meadow a few trips back with one keeper and numerous shorts. Is this it again?? Like Yogi said "It's getting late early"

@holty it is not a huge body of fish in Smithtown Bay, and for me almost all of my keepers were on incoming. When you start picking shorts, change your drift a few feet in depth.
