Revised recreational black sea bass and scup regulations were put into effect on June 21, 2022.

Black Sea Bass- 16”length 3 fish from 6/23-8/31 and 6 fish 9/1-12/31

Scup (Porgy)- 10” length 30 fish for individuals all year and 50 for anglers aboard
licensed party/charter boats Sept 1 - Oct 31

Is the Scup Biomas that robust that we can sustain a 30 / 50 possession limit. Not looking to stir the pot but it seems excessive and not necessary.
