Caught last of the incoming in backbay. One little tap. Paddled home after less than 3 hours. Its been two weeks since I took dinner home although last week the colonoscopy and endoscopy along with a sciatica problem kept me home.

I fell your pain, I have an injection coming up this thursday, I have 4 herniated discs, 2 in my neck 2 in my lower back with spinal stenosis, I just bought a new adjustable bed at the tune of 6k, my old mattress was 13 yrs old.
Bad knees from climbing poles for 16 yrs and my neck took a shot when I was in my 30's, got hit on top of the head with a 60lb chain hoist, lost 13 teeth, lucky I had my helmet on. I was getting injections for that too but I stopped.
Was in physical therapy a couple of weeks ago but had to stop, more problems arose, sucks to get old lol

OMG, that is horrible. We have had a double adjustable bed for a few years. Helps SWMBO's acid reflux and now mine too. I often have to flatten my side out to get to sleep though !
