Has anybody ever caught a striper on a dead sticked gulp worm I have caught several species on gulp worms but never had a striper ever give one a sniff unless it is worked like a lure

Wouldn’t know, but I keep a piece of paper towel in its original container, to absorb gulp juice rather than the ever leaky thing… cellfish…

I once put them side by side live sandworms while worm trolling. Several bass on the live. None on Gulp worms.

I have tried them off and on when weaks were in with no luck at all, but have had them bitten off. Went back to grub and minnow style. Every year I tell myself to drag one down the river on a tube and worm rig before I start jigging a buck, and every year I don't, lol. However, when I kayak fish I am just looking for fluke and weaks and stripers would be a long shot.
As for leakage, I continue to have luck with these little containers and being that I need to open them with one hand, they work for me.

I use Gulp worms combined with a live worm. I have never caught a bass on a Gulp worm alone. I like many of their baits but not the worms.
