hi nyangler friends,,,,,, the bait shop had live shiners today so maureen and i went to get a dozen shiners,,got back to the lake at the bridge and i put one on thru the shiners lips and made a cast,,, in 5 sec as soon that shiner hit the water,, bang,, a small bass,,, its looking good,, as we fished,, a bass here and there,, the only thing no big boys today, and had a few good run offs, then dropped?,,, them shiners are pretty hardy,, we use a few of them ,, the rest are in the fridge with the air bubbles flowing,,,, we caught a few bass ,,maurenn got a cat then it started getting dark so we left,,always a fun time with maureen? ,,,,,,,,,some sun set tonite,, so all be good,, till next time,, bye for now,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

At this point I am guessing the Bass start to tremble every time you and Maureen approach the lake!π
As long as you keep the water well oxygenated shiners will hang on for a couple of days. However, I never heard of them doing well in the fridge. Is it that hot right now in Fl that they need some A/C?

At this point I am guessing the Bass start to tremble every time you and Maureen approach the lake!πmorning captmike,,,,,,,,they did well last nite in the fridge next to the iced tea ?,, this morning the batteries just dyed, i just put new ones in,, they are happy till we put them on maureens hook ππ,, and yes yesterday it was 83* here,, the ac is what the shiners needed,, and its pretty cold in the fridge,, iced cold!!! ?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

It's an outstanding women who will keep live bait in the fridge.livebait yes,, we kept clams,, sprearing,, live green crabs ,, live fiddlers and those fiddlers stink like azz ? ,, all kind of worms,, and so on,,all next to the food in there ? , maureen didnt mind she is outstanding all around ?,,,,,,,,, thank you!!,,,,,,,,,, ><))):>

Plus, she let's you keep bait of all types in the fridge! In the kitchen? If I did that, I would be sleeping in the garage next to my outside fridge, the only one where bait is allowed to reside in my house!

Maureen is one special woman who obviously knows how to work the rod and reel with outstanding skill. Plus, she let's you keep bait of all types in the fridge! In the kitchen? If I did that, I would be sleeping in the garage next to my outside fridge, the only one where bait is allowed to reside in my house!thank you captmike....................happy new year.............................
