So on a rainy day decided to make some venison jerky today, this batch is Sweet & Smoky Chipotle next hunting trip is January 29 for pheasant. Happy holidays everyone

Looks awesome my next thing in the smoker is beef jerky unless I can manage to get some Moose or venison from my uncle
