Corned Beef To Pastrami

They say this works so we will see. Soaked the pre packaged corned beef in water all day yesterday to get the salt out. My wife made the rub by grinding coriander and black pepper seeds and adding garlic mustard powder and a few other things. Put the rub on and let it sit overnight in fridge
