So we landed today and did a quick 4 hour trip for tuna. First fish on I land a rainbow runner and then after that nothing. Bunch of barracuda's then after a while we finally see tuna breaking surface. We get multiple hook ups at once and we lost some to the cuda's. We ended up with 6 tuna and the 1 rainbow runner. Saturday and Sunday we will be fishing full days. Stay tuned.

Looks like a great trip so far how are you getting your catch home?We vacuum seal it at the condo and freeze it. My friends dad brings 2 soft coolers down and we just load the coolers up and use it as a check baggage. Stays frozen for the plane ride and ride home.

Got a 5 man limit of yellow tail snapper. We also had some cero mackeral and yellow Jacks. I had my first cobia, but it was too small. One of the guys wanted the crevalle jack . He swears it makes a good chowder. I've never had it so. Ended up becoming bait

Cobia are both excellent fighters and terrific on the table. Too bad that one didn't make the cut but I'm sure it was fun to catch.
