Bluefish were busting water everywhere I looked. Cast til my arms had enough and kept 3 cocktail sized fish for the smoker
Haven’t targeted stripers very much this year so gave that a shot and nailed a perfect slot sized fish @ 31” for the grill
Switched over to fluke but no luck there. Gave up once SE wind came up. Saw some reports from others that did well so I guess i shouldnt have given up
Oh well. I was happy enough with my catch
