Had Anya, Vivek, and their 2 young sons join me yesterday afternoon for the boys first fishing trip. Weather was perfect and the Porgies were in a very playful mood!

Chum pot down, baits to the bottom and soon it was Scup flying over the rail. The 7 and 9 y/o boys did themselves proud catching many Porgies, some Kingfish, a few small Sea Bass, and the always interesting, at least to the kids, baby dogfish.

Plenty of filets in the bag for this nice family beginning their Holiday weekend.

Still plenty of dates open this month for the now 7 fish pp Sea Bass limit and lots of Blues with a few keeper Bass around too. Tog dates are filling fast, especially weekends, so now would be a good time to book a date for Blackfish.
