didn't think I would get out this morning but with little or no wind, I was determined, regardless of all the doors and windows in my garage on both sides of our kayaks and and between the lawn mower, multiple bicycles, hunting gear, etc. etc. I fortunately had just enough room to slide the Skimmer 128 out over the Perception Tribe 13.5 tandem and off I went, albeit for a late start at 9am, at the top of the tide. Quickly caught a limit of snappers for livelining, and almost as quickly caught another (they all seem this size of late) 18", soon to be delicious to the palate, weakfish. he tide had started to go out, but was still pretty high. Humid, warm, cloudy and still very little wind. With Henri approaching, and the contractors crew here all next week replacing our stoops, doors and some windows, I doubt I will get out again anytime soon. Hopefully a few more Cynoscion regalis will hang around for me, although the snappers will be all but too large. Good luck to all regarding Henri !

Pequa1,

Again pulling the weak! Congrats on that. Also, good luck with the work on the home. Our project is a little behind, thank goodness the house has not been ripped open yet!

Would love to target them myself but alas almost no keepers in my bay area. Three of us caught over a hundred at the Meadowbrook one year, with ONE keeper.
