Fished Sunday with good friends Dan and John. Left the dock at 8am, bottom of the outgoing. Stiff NNE wind, 2-3's with a slight SE roll. Steamed south to an old clam bed about 6 miles off, had the place to ourselves.
Tons of life. Short fluke, porpoises, large rays, bluefish, seabass, even a few green bonito. We had close to 100 short fluke to 18" along with a few short seabass. Got to show Dan and John how to bait the bonito.....had a blast on light tackle. We saw several spinner sharks jump in the area.....very cool. The ocean flattened out as the wind made it's way around to the SE. Beautiful ride back at 5pm.

I love the screen shot of the boat with the trailer under it, looks great! Want to tow it to Rhode Island for some keeper fluke? Lol It's great when the weatherman gets it right. Gotta find some keeper fluke out there, law of averages. We'll get them next trip!
