Weaks are hanging in here

Not sure if they were still there when I left at 930 but around 830 I was thinking of quitting. Wave heights a constant one foot and it was a wet paddle. Had to constantly paddle while facing into the wind to allow my livelined snapper to swim in the general area of my preference. Lost first one when I didn't get the rod out of the Scotty quick enough.

Not sure if I could have jigged for fluke or weaks even with the aid of a drift sock this morning. and I will never again try to liveline with a drift sock and a killie bucket over the side ! Last year I netted a weak along with the drift sock that came back to the yak while I was fighting the fish LOL !

and they LOVE snappers ! Dead low tide, whitecaps under the wind, almost quit and went home.Nice, fat Weakie!! Live snappers are great bait for outsized Weakfish, Fluke, etc. Well done!!
