Today me and my father went fishing on the Miss Montauk and the fishing was slow but productive. My father had 4 sea bass two were keepers a couple of sea Robins and a dogfish. I had a short fluke a sea robin 2 porgies. I gave the porgies to the guy next to me. And I caught a keeper sea bass and a few shorts as well. It was a slow pick of fluke today with the tough conditions in place. Morning it was wind against tide and in the afternoon the wind shifted to the south and we had a very fast drift. There were big fluke caught today. one was near 8lbs and the pool was just shy of 10lbs. Was a beautiful day on the water. Looking forward to my next trip.

There was giant porgies caught. One had to be near or over 3lbs

Was she at Block again today? Saw them out there yesterday and was a slow day as well but the keepers we did get were jumbo sized….sounds like a great day for you guys regardless - cherish the time with your dad.
