Fall is best for stripers and blues. The last few falls have been a challenge to say the least.
Fluke is usually good early-except this year. It never really got going at all.
You could try for fluke now but is mostly shorts.

poorrichard covered it. Big fish follow the big bait. So for fluke, find squid and you will find bigger fluke, usually went he season opens in May. As poorricjard mentioned, the fluke never seem to take hold. I think the squid must of passed us by.
