A little late - When out Friday morning Hit the middle grounds light house for some striper action. No great tide so tried some diamond jigging for a short while.
Shot off to Eaton's neck point made a bunch of drifts one short fluke. Headed to Smithtown but saw a few boats behind the platform. Made a few drifts and caught 6 or so shorts.
When to the outside of porpoise channel and a few shorts. Headed back to the dock around 12. was a nice weather day with few fish to show for my efforts.
