Fat stripey yesterday! Fed a lot of people with this one.

Nice fish!! I know they're considered one of the best eating marlins. I've never have striped, but have had blue on more than one occasion and found that meat fine, but it was extremely dry. Does the meat from striped marlin have a higher fat content?

Yes it does but gets kinda dry if cooked too long. We cut thinnish steaks n quick sear on each side. Excellent sashimi and poke.
