This reel will slot in above the Lexa series, which is a bit more utilitarian in nature. It looks like Daiwa is pitching these new reels at the Muskie crowd, which is exactly the market that Shimano dominates with the Tranx 400.
The "TWS" designation normally means that It will utilize Daiwa's flip-back T-Wing level wind guide design, which has been flaw-free in my own Catalina TW 100, though I did have some initial doubts as to its robust-ness.
Available gear ratios will be 5.3:1, 7.1:1, and 8.1:1. Can you guess which one I think is most appropriate for "our" work? 😉

Hard to miss the purple reel highlights. I think this is meant to match Daiwa's JDM Kohga line of rods, which feature all kinds of purple components.
I don't yet know the level of SW protective sealing, if any. If none, not all that off-putting, as most bait casting reels are real light on proper sealing. More info as I find it. Anyway, here's the pix I've found so far:
