I own both a Weber Smoky Mountain(WSM) and Masterbuilt Electric(MES).

Actually have a butt in the MES as I type,can never go wrong with pulled pork.Kept the rub simple using nothing but spog.Loaded up the Amazen tube with apple/hickory dust and just patiently awaiting.
