This is a 21" striper that looked like a ripe watermelon!! Had to be the heaviest 21" fish I ever caught. I couldn't see anything in his mouth which would let me know WTH he had in his belly, but there are bunker around.
Got 8 in total to that "so damn close" 27" mark...
