Sea Bass

Fished black sea bass out of Mattituck inlet today. On the opener only two days ago, no problem filling the bag limit with quality fish, today was a different day. I did throw back some keepers looking for the bigger fish, & it was a struggle getting what I was looking for, don't think we are on the moon but the tides were ripping, with far fewer fish accepting my offerings. I guess it also doesn't help that Connecticut boats have been fishing the same area since May 19th with a 5 fish bag limit. Thank you New York.
