So does anyone have some good Sea Bass recipes they are willing to share?

if filleted take some flavored bread crumbs chop up a fresh tomatoe some fresh garlic and what ever herbs suite youe fancy put in a bowl sprinkle with olive and mix till it looks like wet sand place fillets on a buttered or oiled sheet pan top with crumb miv and bake in a 400 deg oven should be no longer than 15 min or so if you want a crisper topping turn on broiler for the last few min .Enjoy

Adding crabmeat or some chopped up shrimp also kicks it up a notch
