surprised it was only 21" as it fought like a weak or even a blue. Hiding again from the east breeze, nothing at the last of the incoming, the shorts came gradually as the tide started to go back out. used my wind sock for all the shorts and then decided I had tortured enough baby fluke and stowed the sock. Disappointed but fishing while drifting back to the truck, jig with pink skirt and a green tailed Bass Assassin got tagged ! I have now caught more keeper fluke off the kayak this year than I did all last year, but alas, no keeper weaks as yet. Many thanks owed to Lep, Capt Paduano, John Skinner and Elias for the various tips on gear and technique that I finally put all together last year. Last night after fresh fluke for dinner I took the tarp off the Sea Pro, but it will be July before I start it. SWMBO is getting spoiled and wants fresh fish again tomorrow night, as tonight its venison. Now if we only could grow our own veggies year round.
