Tarantula jig

I haven’t a clue, so I did the Googs thing and it looks to me like a pretty standard lead-head, with a reverse installed silicone skirt.

Isn’t there a very well known version of such a lure, called “Fish Poison,” or some such thing? Maybe the company is Backwater Baits? I think that’s the dealeo, anyway.
