Hudson river morning

Although I spend most of my time fishing from a kayak. I was able to jump on a boat with a buddy this morning to catch a hot bite in the Hudson. Fish were stacked and spawning...we managed to land around 35-40 fish between us. On our last drift I landed the high hook today with this 34 inch 18 lber...nice way to end the morning..catch them up not much time left here!

Stripper fishing the Hudson is an experience you won't soon forget. Thanks for posting and congrats!I live near the Hudson but haven't had much success here over the years..i have been putting some time in this year to learn it better... but the season here is almost done!
