Lichen Removal??

Can anyone recommend a cleaning product that removes lichens with out hard scrubbing with a stiff brush? At 235 lbs, I don't want to climb atop my cabin to do it, and my daughter, the Princess of Lichen Removal, may not make it out this year...

My hard top used to get really dirty had to get up there and scrub it with a brush and it still looked like crap when done.I painted it with awlgrip last spring now just a hose and a light brushing it sparkles.

Bleach and car wash mix, I use it all the time, I spray it on with the power washer under low pressure nozzle, let it sit for an hour and then rinse, for those hard to get stains I use the high pressure nozzle.
I think it will work, worth a try.

No need for the car wash mix in that. Bleach and water. Light scrubbing with brush leave on for a few minutes hose off good as new. Just did mine 2 weeks ago.

No stains, it's just adhered "flakes" which can get some removal with scrubbing, but not all. Washed the crap out yesterday with soap, but will try the bleach soak today. I have a feeling that will kill the beasties enough to disturb the forces attaching them.
