Great video and a beautiful landscape! So forgive me with this question; are those the males fertilizing the eggs or the females dropping the eggs, or both doing what they do at the same time?

Not at all sure. If it was a mix of males and females I would assume there would be a significant size differential. Based on that assumption I'm GUESSING it's a pod of same sex fish, or it's a female and a bunch of large males.

My observations: the water is a little cloudy. Is that stirred up silt or milt? I don't know...

I just re-reviewed and I'm thinking it is a large group of females releasing eggs and scattering them with their tails. At 1:06 a couple of smaller fish briefly show up under the larger females, which I have to assume are males releasing milt into the water to fertilize the eggs. I've highlighted one below.
