Well i think yes, at first you have to have a "look we can do it" . Being as it's a 3D printer the applications could be endless. Maybe the students could produce autos that would replace their worn out Volvos and Sabb's. 🙂

Kidding aside after an investment like that i'm sure they have some good things planned.

Most students that are here in Bridgeport ct. only want to print guns or cubes, most lack any incentive to better themselves, on the other hand, I have seen some pretty good projects, but I don't think structural wise 3D boats are safe.

Well i don't know yet but they did mount a fat Merc. on it. Besides, it's owned by the state, What could go wrong. 😱 😛

Had to mention the "Welfare Motor," that in itself invalidated the craft, IMO...

Yeah i may be on the list for that one. 😉
