personally - I love Costco burgers...............

Gt them from the meat counter - not out of the freezer section - sell 'em as ground beef patties - delicious with a little Montreal Steak Seasoning, slice of Red Onion & two Slices of Swiss

yummy

not to make a big thing here, me think a “hand made patty” is better than machine pressed... it’s not as thick, it’s softer and maybe not as lean,..

any way, good News today, eating meat is not as bad for ya as they had said inda past... ?? ? ?cellie...

I dunno - the ones I buy there do not look anything like those posted the picture of - they're definitely not machine pressed. "Machine swirled" maybe if that makes any sense.

It's kinda like they came out of the meat grinder. You know like 2 or 3 inches wide/tube like & they made 'em swirl into a pattie. Has a like donut-like hole in the center.

Yeah, like coffee. First it was bad, bad, bad. Then a cup a day ok. Then, a couple cups was good ..... antioxidants.

I had a geography prof who started each lecture with a comment on current events. One morning he said that scientists had proclaimed the worst thing you could possibly eat were pickles ........ he went on to say that their research proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, that anyone that had eaten pickles at some point in their lives had eventually died.

Mr. C - this is the Costco Burger I was talking about. Picked more up yesterday - absolutely delicious - sold as a Beef Patty (88% lean/12% fat) & about an 1.5 inches thick. They don't look like what you posted which very well may have been frozen.

Little Montreal Steak Seasoning, slice or two of Swiss, some Red Onion.
