Yesterday I was looking at a Shimano SJCM70HA rod and it seems to be what I am looking for to use for fluke/sea bass in conditions where heavier weight is needed.
Has anybody ever used one of these?

Hi there fluke/sea bass fishing fans...

I really dont know to much about factory rods..I do fish some from time to time just to see whats out there & how they fish...have yet fished a shimano rod I liked...pretty lifeless rods..
On the other had Phenix is building some nice factory rods,,The Titan slow pitch is really nice ..worth taking a look at..also Daiwa is making some pretty nice rods too...
