Yes erree George my daughter went to Wagner collage so me and mom spent a far amont oftime crusing around Staten Island and HOLY SUGAR the amount of turkeys and the deer on the west side of the island blew my mind

I see them occasionally by the mall in lake grove.
In nissy there was a home on the bluff across from the charter school that had some that were mixed with white domestic. They also had peacock up till last year. I'd hear them from way out on the bay.

I live in the Pine Barrens right at the end of Middle Island.These things are like pigeons over here.They roam the streets and gather in flocks in the backyards flying over fence after fence as the feed.Miller Place rd has roundabout and they gather there in big numbers.Most mornings especially in the fall I here them in the woods across the street and find them on my front lawn in the morning.To tell you the truth I don't mind because they eat ticks so what the heck.
