CT has a survey up on Survey Monkey looking for opinions on potential 2020 Striped Bass Regulations. Not fond of any of them, especially their use of allocated commercial fish for a bonus tag scenario.

I get why you oppose it, but If we don't use them they will find a way to transfer it eventually. And in NJ they take a small percentage of what they're allowed. Comms would take them all. That's what they do. As long as those fish are allocated, and not used, there will be pressure to add them in somewhere.

Not necessarily true George. Maine's "bountiful" 130 lb commercial allocation has remained unused, and has not be reallocated to anyone for years, LOL...

Why would they even bother? I say give you guys a bunch of 18-inch fish - figured about 50 of them - as a trophy fish ๐Ÿ™‚
